Yummy Yummy!

The boys started eating rice cereal with a spoon last week. Here are a few pictures from their first experience with a spoon. Needless to say, at first there was some aprehension but now they love it! I am just not fast enough for them sometimes. :-)

Happy First Father's Day!

I am so lucky to have such a wonderful husband. I don't tell him enough just how truly wonderful I think he is and I know I nag sometimes, but it's always with the best interest at heart. Brad has been a wonderful daddy to Hayden and Bryce...he feeds them, washes them, dresses them, rocks them, plays with them and even has taken them shopping with him by himself. Not many men could jump into the roll of daddy in such the way he has. Brad thank you for loving me and our babies so much! We love you more than words can say! I hope you enjoyed your first fathers day!

Good Bye To The Old, Hello To The New!

Yes, we are getting rid of Brad's Camry and we got a new mini van. Never before would I have thought that I would want/need a mini van, but with the two little guys we needed it. As much as we travel back and forth to Athens, etc. it will be great to have more room to travel with. So, Saturday we visited Stokes Craven in Manning and picked up our new ride...a 2009 Chrysler Town and Country Touring Edition Mini Van, complete with two DVD players, sliding side doors, automatic rear door, and lots of other bells and whistles. So, Brad will now be driving my Trailblazer which will be nice for him to use for work with more room to carry food around and I will be driving the mini van. :-)

Three Months Old

Where does the time go?!? The boys turned three months old Friday. Let's see...they are sitting up really by theirselves these days, love to stand up and jump, love the water whether it be in a bath or grandpa's pool, drool constantly (dr said it's probably teething already), laugh out loud, love Baby Einstein videos and think they can talk so they jabber all the time. They started eating rice cereal in their bottles last week in the morning and at night and love it. Give me a few weeks and we might try a spoon with rice cereal. :-) They are such sweet little guys, but are growing up so fast...I just don't want them to grow up too fast though.

Zach's baseball game

Today Brad and I took the boys to see their "cousin", Zach play baseball. Zach plays ball for the Shockwave travel team. The boys were so cute...when Brad had them sitting on his lap, they looked like they were really watching Zach on the field. Zach's first hit was awesome...all the way to the fence for a double! Way to go Zachman!

Brad's 40th Birthday

The birthday boy with his two little presents. :-)

Brad's 40th birthday was Friday (June 5th). The boys and I helped celebrate Brad's birthday with presents and dinner at Oscar's Friday night. At lease Brad has been given a gift that will keep him young longer...Hayden and Bryce. :-)
