Back to Work

Well, the summer flew by and I am back to work. Went to work today and had conferences for students that had been expelled to determine if we would let them back in school or send them to the alternative school. One poor kid will be 18 in the 7th grade this year...he's just trying to survive and could care less about school.

Other news...my friend Kristi called and she and her husband, Mike are having a baby boy in December! Baby O'Rear will have all sorts of friends to play with !!

Back to work tomorrow for a fun day of training on team building!

Poor River

River went to the vet Thursday to get neutered...needless to say the embarrassment of having no balls is not enough, he now has to wear a cone on his head so he won't take the stitches out.

Confirmation by a medical expert

Well, we found out last week(Monday, July 14) by me taking SEVERAL home pregnancy tests that we are expecting! We told our parents on Thursday and they are very excited as are we. Today we went for our first doctors appointment which is where we got the medical confirmation that we are indeed expecting a baby. I am due March 25th, 2009...almost four months to the day after Carey and Lauren are due (Lauren is due Nov. 22, 2008). There will be babies every where soon, it must be in the water around here. Carey and Lauren, Mike and Kristi, Ronnie and Dahlia, Kathryn and Justin, and quite a few teachers that I worked with at EES. WOW, who's next?!? Stay tuned for more pregnancy updates...we go for our first ultrasound on August 8th.
